Refunds and exchanges are only available for items incongruent with the original order. leafteaboutique.com is not responsible for damages caused in transit. All return and exchange requests must be submitted to leafteaboutique.com via email or phone within 7 business days after the shipment is received. All returns and exchanges are subject to approval by leafteaboutique.com. Refunds will be processed only after the damaged item is returned to and inspected by Leaf Company Limited.
All exchanges must be returned in original condition with original packaging materials and inserts. leafteaboutique.com reserves the right to refuse any returned items that do not satisfy the aforementioned conditions.
When returning products, please pack the items in the original shipping box and packing materials, and tape securely. Any merchandise returned to us without our pre-approval will be refused. We will not accept COD or freight-collect shipments unless pre-authorized by leafteaboutique.com.
