Chrysanthemum is widely use in Chinese medicine to cure acne, flu and eye diseases. The infusion has a light golden liquor, a profound floral aroma and a slightly sweet palate.

Brewing tips:

Pour 200ml of fresh boiling water over a tablespoon of Chrysanthemum, brew for three minutes, strain and serve.
